We enhance a healthy environment!
Green Noise Barrier 'Helix® Compacta'
Next to air pollution, noise is now one of the most serious environmental burdens. In addition to commercial and industrial noise, it is mainly the traffic noise that particularly strains people living in cities as well as near motorways, highways and rail lines. The quality of life is significantly restricted and noise had been proven to be detrimental to health: Mental and physical damage, circulatory, and sleep disturbances may be the result.
Material and energy balance of a hydroponic plant system
Energy balance of a green facade
The University of Applied Sciences in Dresden has conducted experiments concerning the exchange of matter and energy on a hydroponic system planted with 'Hedges by the Metre®' using the variety Hedera helix 'Woerner'. The efficiency of the greening systems is presented in the compiled balances.
No embankment is too steep for us!
